In collaboration with the KAR Creative email team, I designed scalable email and SMS campaigns for Pop & Bottle that strengthened brand trust and consistency while improving clarity, engagement, and conversion across the customer journey. The resulting lifecycle optimizations drove:

  • Campaign revenue increased 76.6%

  • Automated flow revenue increased 19.2%

  • Open rates reached 58.9% (89th percentile)

  • SMS revenue grew 419.5% YoY

  • Email-attributed revenue increased 42.3% YoY

Designing for lifecycle requires balancing brand storytelling with performance clarity. This project reinforced how modular systems and clear hierarchy can drive measurable growth without sacrificing brand voice.
