I designed campaigns and lifecycle flows that elevated the brand’s premium positioning across email and SMS, and art directed product and lifestyle photoshoots in collaboration with the internal team, key stakeholders, and photographer.

These optimizations supported absolute campaign conversions up 6.9% YoY, enabled campaign reach to scale by 203%, increased flow recipients by 7.5%, and improved campaign open rates by 4.8%. Together, this work shows how thoughtful design systems and visual storytelling can maintain engagement and reinforce brand trust.
